horrible customer service. I called and asked about getting a note for my daughter to return to day care and was told they would call me back in 5 minutes. I waited over an hour and called them back to be told no note would be provided since my daughter was not seen today. that I would have to take my daughter back in and check her in as a patient, when she isn't sick!

Every visit we were treated like we had never been there. They staff is amazing and friendly. My youngest daughter wanted to do whatever sister did. And they didn’t tell her no, they weighed her and took her height and her vitals because they did it with sister. To make her happy and she wasn’t even the patient! I didn’t get any hassle when I needed to reschedule. The doctors and nurses are amazing and I’d take all of my children there Any day!!
I told them when I made the appointment that my son was gonna have to be sedated in order for them to do the EEG and they said ok they will try to do it without first! I drove 7 hours to get there and they then tell me that they don't do sedation! Never again I will just drive the extra hour and take him to the best which is at Denver's children hospital! My poor son was exhausted from the drive and stress
RecommendedWe received excellent care from the highly-skilled and competent staff here at Children’s Hospital Colorado South Campus. Nobody wants to go to the ER on a vacation, but the fine folks here made it tolerable. We were so impressed by the compassionate care from everyone there. The Child Life Nurse (Whitney) was amazing with our kiddo and took her time to explain everything that was happening. It really helped calm nerves (for both the patient and the parents!). Thank you to everyone that helped care for our little dude!
