RecommendedWe spent 10 hours in the Er today. I could not of asked for a better staff. We walked through the door and I told the receptionist I didn’t have our card because I wasn’t expecting coming in and her response was “we will worry about that later, let’s take care of your little one”. The staff was so attentive and took such great care of my daughter and myself. They continually were asking if I was ok too. Everyone on the staff was patient and kind towards my 4 year old. RecommendedGreat staff....especially Scott Rucker, you guys better keep him around. Overall experience was good. Only request that I have for next time is maybe speed things up a bit for the Cleft Clinic, I understand you guys are busy but keeping a 7 year old child occupied in a tiny room for 4 hours isnt Ideal lol. Keep up the good work and we will be coming back👍
RecommendedWe finally got a referral to Children's and this was the closest to us. Not only did the dermatology department help my son, but, they had our best interest at heart. They were the first, in years, to not make my son's eczema flare ups out to be something we were doing wrong. They listened and took our concerns seriously. 5 weeks later, and his eczema looks better than it has in 6 months! I will be trying to get him into their allergy department next. I love this hospital!
RecommendedIf you are needing an urgent care for your little I highly recommend Children’s Hospital Uptown @1830 Franklin St. The staff was amazing in helping my little get her breathing under control and stayed several hours past closing to ensure she was on the mend.
