The providers you see are not in network with the insurance but the facility is. They told me it was in network and then I got a big bill because the provider my son saw was not in network!!!! They did not inform me of this. If I would have known I would have gone else where. They do not think of the people paying the bill!!!

sleep teck was Really Rude to me!!I would rather have gone to children's hospital in Aroura.....I have been to more the 15 sleep study with children's and never did they treat me like the sleep teck here!
RecommendedBrought my grandaughter for a sleep test to help with her sleep walking. From check in to room tech, everyone is very pleasant and professional.
My son always recieves the best care by Dr. Chambers and she's always positive with a smile on her face.
Everytime we call the staff are rude and unhelpful. Good thing the drs are nice and its the only option we have or we wouldnt go there again.
