I don’t know what else to do other than put this review up and hope someone reaches out… since having sold to St. Luke’s I cannot get through to the Dr. Office. For the second time now, I am sitting here on hold for over 45 minutes trying to reach my pediatrician regarding a sick child. Listen, as a new mother it could be very nerve-racking trying to find the right pediatrician. And if you are that new mom, consider your research over! I highly recommend amend you setting up appointment with Dr Novak and his medical staff immediately. From the moment, I delivered my son at a St. Luke’s hospital, every nurse I met during my stay raved about Dr Novak! They all had wonderful experiences and things to say about him. Best pediatric physician! Trusted, professional, caring. 5 star office staff too!!
We love this office and Dr. Novak and his team! They are great with my son. They listen and always find a solution. Dr. Novak is so personable and he relates to his patients. Its been 5 years now and I am so glad I chose this pediatricians office from the beginning.
