Dr. Novak was extremely thorough (he went over my children's past medical records during our new client visit in a comprehensive way that no other provider had). He was very kind and patient with my boys. My kids really liked him
We love Children’s Choice Pediatrics. The entire team here is amazing. Annette is fantastic, so friendly and has the perfect touch when giving vaccines. Ashley is a brilliant provider and so kind. Dr. Novak is so knowledgeable and we trust him completely with my son’s care. We are grateful for Children’s Choice for their excellent care.
I don’t know what else to do other than put this review up and hope someone reaches out… since having sold to St. Luke’s I cannot get through to the Dr. Office. For the second time now, I am sitting here on hold for over 45 minutes trying to reach my pediatrician regarding a sick child. It is unacceptable to be waiting this long to schedule a sick visit for a young child. I loved Children’s Choice and have recommended all my family and friends; I cannot say I would do this now. Listen, as a new mother it could be very nerve-racking trying to find the right pediatrician. And if you are that new mom, consider your research over! I highly recommend amend you setting up appointment with Dr Novak and his medical staff immediately. From the moment, I delivered my son at a St. Luke’s hospital, every nurse I met during my stay raved about Dr Novak! They all had wonderful experiences and things to say about him.
