Will not ever go back to this chic fil a. I was working on an ambulance which will not fit through the drive thru and was told by a staff member that we can’t be served unless we can go through the drive thru or order on the app. What kind of crap is that?!

The employee that was making my milkshake did not have a mask on!!! I noticed as I was waiting for my milkshake she also was taking drive thru orders while putting the lid on my milkshake. She literally had her mouth open was talking and my drink open that could have been exposed to COVID!! You guys have already had one outbreak! I’m not sure if you are taking this seriously!! I’m just disappointed
