Went through this morning- no masks on. I was very confused...isn't it the law right now? Most had them only on their chin, some on their mouth only and one lady (looked to be in management) didn't have one on at ALL. Blatant disrespect right now during these times. So disappointed. Make it better Trey Campbell!
Every time I’ve gone over the last 5 months I’ve spent $40+ bucks and gotten less than quality food! Customer service is amazing but food quality is worthless.
RecommendedI usually do mobile order and within minutes of pulling up, theyre bringing my order out to my car. Today, there was a glitch in the matrix.... After 20 minutes, without initiation from me, a manager came out to check on me... and realized the order is nowhere in their system. As he goes back in to process the order, another team member comes to my car with this... says its from the Manager and he apologizes for the error and wait.
