I used to have wonderful experiences here, but since using the curbside pickup, it has failed me. The curbside was closed without notice today. I was at AHS, ordered food for curbside pickup got there and it was temporarily closed! They said it was due to a storm. I had to go in and get my food, no big deal. Recommendednicest folks, came by our home today to apologize for all the traffic on our street close to them. Played the ukelele for us and nice note and coupons for food. They are the bomb like all of Chicfila!!!!

I came to pick up my mobile order after it was deemed ready (before my arrival) but noticed when I arrived there was only one way which was the drive thru with no signs indicating mobile order pick ups. So I waited in the drive they until I was able to ask someone where to go and was told to “let me move the cones so you can just park anywhere.” I went to the door and waited quite awhile for my mobile order with my 5yo son. We do have signage in production that will help with the flow. After working in person on our newly remodeled lot, our Team Members are also getting used to the flow of things.
