Love both our Btown locations. Not just because food is fresh, great and accurate, customer service is impeccable but also because of community support and involvement. Greg Ryan goes above and beyond to support our great town. He and his team members are always improving processes and looking for ways to keep satisfaction high, lines moving and employees safe.

Employees are always very friendly. BUT, it’s absolutely ridiculous to make these kids stand outside in over 100 degree heat to take orders and payment. Two of the kids told me it’s usually the ones no one likes that they send out there. All to see how many cars you can get through faster? I’d like to see the owner do it while it’s this hot! Chick-Fil-a put a limit on the heat to 85!
The customer service today was awful. This is unusual for this location. I come to this store 4-5 times a week and the last two visits both this week have not been good. Wyatt working the window was very rude. In the past I always do grilled nuggets on the $15 meal and today the staff members were appalled that I asked for grilled. "We don't do that grilled cost more." Is what was quoted to me.
