Always great food and service
Usually this location is great, but this morning was not as amazing as they can be. I messed up my order so I was waiting by the register to fix it and no one asked me if I needed help or anything. People made eye contact but just kept about themselves. I am very upset because I stood by the register for about 4 minutes and no one can up to me to ask if I needed something.
Up until today I’d say I LOVE Chic-fil-a but today I am extremely disappointed with a company that is supposedly based off the religious beliefs of its founder. I ordered a sandwich and when realized it was incorrect went into the store and told them it wasn’t what I ordered. The manager on duty I guess took the sandwich still wrapped up and carelessly tossed it in the trash. With all the starving people she should have just let me keep it, I could’ve given it to someone like the homeless man sitting in your parking lot. Why... read more
Always quick efficient and tasty!
I make a stop at this location every single day and it's one of the highlights of my day! Food is always great. Always clean and I absolutely adore every one of the sweet kids that works at this location! They are always working hard (and so are Maria and Sherry) and have smiles on their faces and have great attitudes. I would give this 5 + stars! This is my favorite location and I look forward to my daily stops! Thank you so much for making this such a wonderful place in every way!!
I love Chik-fil-a but... it's raining today and they've got an employee standing out in the rain taking orders instead of using the speaker. She is getting soaked. Personally don't think that's a great way to treat your employees for a company that does so much good.
Best chick fil a service by far!!
This is by far the dirtiest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been in!! The floors are sticky, greasy and trash is everywhere! Tables are dirty, food all over the floor, flies everywhere and employees aren’t doing anything to clean up. I’d really hate to see the kitchen. Everything just looks nasty. Guess I should have stuck to the other Burleson location by HEB.
