RecommendedThe only thing is the store isn’t large enough to handle the large number of customers inside and on the parking lot especially after work and weekends. Food is good and the people are nice.
Hats off to everyone at this Chick-fil-A for handling a situation this evening that was uncalled for by a customer y’all are always courteous, polite and fabulous everyone always has a smile and so fast even with a hostile situation they kept everything moving so nicely. Way to Go!!!
We went there recently and put in an order to take home. they got the order totally wrong and we had very little to eat, we won't be returning.

Never had a bad experience here once! We don't eat out very often but we have been going to both burleson locations for years. Great employees and service always. If you have a complaint, make it directly. Because CFA cares! Don't just blast them on social media, give them a chance to make it right, because I believe they will. Everything is good here.
