What? No complimentary sandwich when you buy the 2018 calendar? I'm so disappointed. I've always gotten my calendar at this location and always got the free sandwich to go with it, but now I am going to wait and see if another location will offer it. The food is always great and usually so is the service. We normally go through the drive thru, but my daughter and I went inside yesterday. The staff wasn't as friendly and I was disappointed by that. I asked the girl at the register a question about a kids meal, and she simply pointed at a sign rather than answer me. She was dry and seemed like she wanted me to hurry. We just picked up an online order and food was missing and the food we did receive tastes old. I called to ask about the missing food and was told that I would be sent coupons in the mail. So I paid for food I didn't get and what we did get is gross. The employee I spoke with admitted that our food was left off of our order, but would not refund our money. Pretty crummy customer service.
