RecommendedOk guys, good service and all. But if I ask for X amount of something, is for a reason. Here’s my thing, i asked for 8 Texas Pete sauce (instead of ketchup), the girls says ok. I look in my bag, does anybody dare to guess how many I got? I got 1, not even 7 or 9 or even 6 or 10. The nearest amount to 8. Am I asking for too much, or too many? I don’t believe so. We normally love Chick-fil-A! The staff is usually friendly and do their best to make the experience as delightful as possible. Today though was a different story, they were very disrespectful and rude and to be honest they may have just lost a very loyal customer. I am so disappointed with how they handled the situation and treated me.

This morning my order was messed up, so I called the number for the Burleson location (I thought) and they said it would be replaced no problem. I went back through the line and some dark haired lady gave me such a hard time saying I called the wrong number and made me repay for my order that they originally messed up. So now I had to pay for two breakfast. I will be nice and give it to someone with a good morning note. But very disappointed in the rudeness of this girl.
