RecommendedWhat a great experience. While I was getting napkins and straws, husband was finding a seat with our granddaughter. He turned around only to see the Manager handing him our food. Bonus was when the hostess brought our granddaughter her ice cream and asked if she wanted sprinkles on the ice cream. With excitement the answer was YES!!!
while the service was super fast which i was impressed! the chicken nuggets and the chicken tenders were burnt and super salty! both my kids didn't even finish them. plus we weren't given the right sauce either. super bummed. won't be going back to this chick-fli-a again
WORST SERVICE EVER at this location today!!!! Tried calling (several times) to speak to a manager, but no one ever answered. I will not be returning, I’ll stick to my regular locations where service AND staff are quality.
this is our favorite Chick fil a. Great service, clean, and if there's anything wrong they go above and beyond to help make it right.
Worst Chick-Fil-A ever. The staff has zero sense of urgency. I’m currently sitting in the drive-thru. Parked. And I ordered almost 15 minutes ago. Maybe you should have more people cooking or bagging food instead of standing outside waiting to take orders because food isn’t coming. Only come to this location if you have 30 minutes to spare.

I didn't know the kids meals don't come with a "toy" anymore. Second time at this location and no "toy" in the kids meals. Also didn't get my receipt yet the Two cars in front of me did and so did the two cars behind me. Very disappointed in the service the last few times at this location.
I visit 3 different Chick-Fil-A restaurants and this is my least favorite location. Service is often very slow, even since they have moved to the bigger location. I prefer the Haygood location when I’m in VB. I also think the Portsmouth location is better than VB Blvd.
All smiles and positive energy. The manager was even playing with a baby to cheer it up after it was crying when it go here. Super sweet
