The new location is busy and it definitely shows in the service received. I've received the wrong order twice and, cold fries and under cooked biscuits. Im hoping this "training" period slows down and their quality in food and service returns to the chic fil a I know.
The food was fresh. Service was fast. Employees were polite and courteous. Excellent Customer service. Overall great experience.
The food is always delicious, fresh, and hot, and the service is always above and beyond the typical fast-food experience. I understand that due to the facility being a drive-thru-only place, they can't possibly house every single item (e.g., breakfast scramble, frosted lemonade); however, everything that they DO carry is always served fresh and with a smile.
I love Chick-fil-A; however, management is poor at this store. They do not treat their teenage employees well! Very disappointed in the way my son was treated! I will be contacting corporate, because I know how important character is to Chick-fil-A corporate & how much they value their public image.
