We went there last week. Ordered, got home, order was wrong. Went back for the correct biscuit and they still got it wrong. Employees lie to you and argue with you. Terrible customer service. Tried calling to talk to a manager, no answer. Emailed, no answer. They have gone so far downhill.

Please give us the opportunity to make this right. Please send us a direct message with the number and email address that were unresponsive and details about when your visit was and who you spoke to, so that we can find the source of this issue and a solution.
I stop at the drive thru only location on Monday morning. I tried paying with my Chic Fil-a app and it was a total disaster. The scanner was broken and I gave my number 3 times . After 12 minutes I just pulled off. I tried calling but of course no one answered the phone. I really hate there's no app refund option.
Service was terrible not a very good representation of Chik-fil-A. Im trying to hand the cashier my card she looking else where as if its not bad already that Im reaching through the passenger window. She didn't ask me if I needed any sauce didn't say my pleasure or anything. I have never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A up until I visited that one.
Drove in, the gentleman taking orders explained that this location no longer serves the spicy biscuit, bagel or burrito. I drove away without ordering anything. :(
They changed the bbq sauce to smoked bbq. It taste horrible and the order taker took my order completely wrong
This market salad looks great! However - it would be better if I had some salad dressing to go with it. Are you supposed to eat it dry??
Nothing like getting all the way back to work and having the wrong order. Check your bag before you pull off.
