slow service & horrible
Order to kids meal and a gallon of sweet tea and waited almost 30 minutes for the Tea to be done after receiving the food which is now cold. This is the 2nd badd experience I've had at this location
This Chick-fil-A is the WORST. They’ll hand out half an order of fries multiple times carelessly, they’ll mess up your order, they consistently serve up cold food, they seem unable to add more than 5 waffle fries to an order when a FULL ORDER was purchased. 🙄🙄🙄
THIS IS THE WORST CHIC FILA EVER. AVOID AT ALL COST!
My mother and I just had the worse experience at this Chick-fil-A. We walked in to order a catering tray. The first person we spoke to apologized but said he was off the clock and had to go. A young woman who was extremely polite and helpful and listened to what we needed for my niece’s birthday party was going over options with us when the manager came over and told her to go do something else. Just don’t recommend this place
Each time I come to this location, they either mess up my sandwich which is always a chicken biscuit with bacon and cheese and And it's usually messed up. Now if it's not messed up, we end up with a 10 minute wait to get the sandwich. I paid for my sandwich at 6:10 this morning and just received it 6:20 this morning. Antonio who was the morning manager today and was the morning manager on Monday, plays around too much as you sit there in the drive-through and watch him play with his employees.
