now gone to half portions on Mac n cheese ?! $3 for 50cent of food. small is now REALLY small. total rip off
Just left the drive thur and our fries were not in the bag again This is not the 1st time things are been wrong. We have let the slip up go because the food is good but now we are over it. It seems to only be this location. I just called and no answer or not voicemail picked up. Over it.
This restaurant will screw up your order and never answer the phone when you call 757 233-1978. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at the most BASIC level!! So disappointing. I would expect this at McDonalds.
Wrong or incomplete orders when going through the drive through.
I'm waiting here watching black floaty things spin around in both lemonade dispensers. I asked what that was and they said Pulp. I said black pulp? then he said seeds. IT IS DEFINITELY NOT EITHER. So gross. 🤮 I told another lady and she made a nasty face. She knows that's not clean.
It a very Nice and Clean. Very good staff. Me and my daughter enjoy the story time.
