The dinning room was filthy!!! Food all over the floor and table tops dirty(dried food/drinks) trash was running over , 3 mng. there and that's the service we got!?!? The cashier did not smile once and at no point did we hear my pleasure. Cashier was trying to sell us cookies at 10am after I said that my order was complete. I feel like I paid CFA prices for the service of checkers. Then she brought our drinks to our table knocked over all 4 teas and said the lords name in vain! If you go through the drive-thru at this Chick-fil-A, you better double check your order! The past three times we have visited our order was missing something and we had to make a return trip. As a former Chick-fil-A drive-thru worker, this is unacceptable!!
No napkins, no ketchup, no straws for your drinks. These are the things you can expect, without fail, when you order food from this Chick Fil A.
This was the worst experience I have had at chick fil a. They forgot the fries in both of our kids meals. The condiments and straws were not stock. The kids play place had the heat on and when I informed them. They shrugged thier shoulders and said prop the door open. Wont be going back to that one.
This store has the most consistently rude employees and they can't get an order correct. I'd rather go out of the way to Barrett or Macland.
