The wait time for our mobile order was much longer than I normally experience here for dinner . I have four young children trying to wait patiently.I am very disappointed.

you just lost my business. very poor service and experience with the app billing me for an item I couldn't purchase and wasn't informed before spending 20 minutes driving and waiting in line till I was told by the order taker outside and then still had to wait even longer to exit the line to move on.
I live close to this particular location.Upon going through the drive thru reaching the window I was ignored for approximately 2 minutes. I asked the young lady at the window if they were closed because I was clearly being ignored. Then proceed to wait another 3 minutes to finally get asked what I ordered. I’ve always loved coming to this chick-fil-a but tonight might have changed my mind.
the fastest drive thru you will find! always friendly, polite and will smile at you!! from the road to having food 5 minutes with triple rows. ah-mazing!!
Horrible always forgetting how to make a sandwich. Waited 37 minutes to get a deluxe chicken and it was plan and fries cold.
It is the slowest chick fil a in Charleston worst service they are slow as hell I’ve been sitting in this line for 30 min
