Today we had our daughters 3rd birthday party at the West Cobb Chick-fil-a and it was fantastic! The level of service and care that Daryl, Lavinda and Marcus gave our party far exceeded my expectations. They had everything decorated and organized and we only had to show up. The kids LOVED the balloons, cow hats, ice cream bar and the Cow was a HUGE attraction. Thank you thank you thank you for such a fun event today! ������

Amazing!! I am always a little bummed when I end up having to stop by a different chick fil a, I am extremely spoiled here. I have 4 boys and when I walk in the door and they see me struggling with trying to order and get them to a seat, they are always right there beside me to help in any way. Even when this mommy has sick littles and cannot go inside and spread the germs, they tolerate me making a last min run right before breakfast ends for curbside, with a smile. The staff has never been less than professional and courteous. The restaurant is always clean. The drive thru has always gotten me thru quickly. I always love Chic fil a, but going to this particular store is always my pleasure!
A well-trained staff of people who know how to engage, talk and service the customer. Most of the Chick-fil-A‘s are in a class by themselves and they truly understand service. Jeff does a good job of leadership and building a strong team at The West Cobb location.
Love this location. The employees are so friendly and want to make sure you are taken care of.
Had their breakfast burrito today. They wrapped the potatoes in with every thing else instead of keeping them separate. And the took out the peppers and spices. It just tastes like potatoes now. My wife had the breakfast bowl. Maybe they should visit Waffle House for pointers on how to do them. Very disappointed.
