Here's a tip for the morning manager when you don't fulfill a customers order and they come back to ask for the items you left out don't treat the customer like it's their fault you shorted them. Worst customer service at a Chic fil a ever.
We visited the drive through at 8:44 PM on Saturday evening. We ordered large Ice Dream cups, which came out in small drink cups. They were half full and the swirl was hollow. Our fries were also cold and not even filled up either. When I called they offered me replacements on our next visit, but let me know our Ice Dream cup size was indeed correct, but they didn't weigh them as usual. Ten minute wait in drive thru, no straw for beverage, no receipt, no hash browns and a complacent member of management answering the phone. Not what anyone expects from C-Fila!!
Please stop having people come outside to take the order. Use the drive through speaker.

The morning drive thru cashier Jennifer is the absolute best. She knows my order and it tickles me every time I order something different and she starts looking in the bag saying 'they got your order wrong'. ��� When she's not there, the whole dynamic of the experience is different. She truly helps me to have brighter days. I'm always wondering how she can be so cheerful at 6:00 a.m. So if you go through the morning drive thru tell her that she has a customer who thinks the world of her.
