Gave me a sandwich with no biscuit and Manager Krista told me “You get what you pay for” instead of fixing the problem. First time I ever had a problem with chick-til-a. The staffs attitudes were terrible & I’ll definitely never eat at this location again!
RecommendedMy husband took our 3yr old there after he doctors appointment. When he went to pay he realized he left his wallet. They gave him her meal for free. So thoughtful!
Like I mentioned on the community page, my daughters and I had a teddy bear keepsake with my Mom’s ashes inside and brought it to Truett’s Grill and took its picture with the Truett statue outside the restaurant because Chick-fil-A was my moms favorite. So unique and delicious! A classic, but in a different light.
Just wasn’t what I was expecting.

My husband and I stopped by tonight for dinner. The gentleman who took our order was the sweetest (I wish I would have gotten his name!) and when he found out we had recently gotten married, he gave us a free brownie (we had been joking about it with him prior). Then, when we got to the window, the entire team stuck their head out to tell us congratulations , as well as putting a handwritten note on our bag! ❤️ Chick-Fil-A really does go above and beyond when it comes to customer service!
Great food, good service!
This was totally worth the stop on our drive. Will definitely have to drive the 2-2 1/2 hours to come back! Fantastic food, awesome new items to try( since we have a regular CFA where we are from) and WONDERFUL staff.
