This is the second time I have visited this location, and the second time I have been severely disappointed. Poor construction and planning has created a disaster of a drive thru, limited parking, and overcrowding in the lobby and ordering line. i've spent less time in line waiting to ride something at Disney World than I have waiting for my food at this location.
Went through the drive thru about 9:45, ordered 12 count nuggets, get home & they gave me 5 chicken strips, YUCK, if I wanted strips I would've ordered strips. No one asked if it was okay to substitute, not my first order gone wrong just my first review.
Quite an experience. Enjoyed it. All the usual fare plus special menu and sit down service!
Omelet platter was so good! I was not impressed with the way they handled inside service vs. outside. I know you want to get everyone served quickly but your indoor servers seemed a little lost and frazzled- maybe understaffed? Also, the air conditioning was on at our booth, what?!
Food is good but the renovation, parking and drive through SUCKS! It was better before.....even better with the trailer in the parking lot!
I am sorry chick-fil-a but you took a great thing and ruined it. How do I get my classic dwarf house back. This is just a regular chick-fil-a on steroids
OMG, I was 100% satisfied this morning. Not only was I shocked by a brand new, beautiful chick-fil-a, but the service was EXCELLENT. I even had a couple of employees become a tour guide to show me around the new spot. I am loving Chick-fil-A right now. I am from Hapeville, Ga (home of the original) and I gotta challenge them to step it up
