They are so worried about getting as many cars as possible through the drive through that my order is never right. First world problems for sure but it is definitely annoying.
Five stars!!!! ⭐️ I am beyond impressed with this store, my boyfriend and I go atleast 3 times a week and they are always on point no matter how busy. Tonight I was craving the chicken tortilla soup and decided to change part of my order half way through the drive-thru, no surprise to find it EXACTLY what I wanted, even down to the sauce. I was just leaving Chick-fil-A and as I walked out I dropped my large drink. My hands were completely full with my Togo food and my baby carrier. As I am about to set things down to pick up my mess this young lady named Autumn, from the drive thru, came running over, she picked up my broken cup and ran inside to replace it. Chick-fil-A really has the greatest staff! Thank you so much for helping this busy mommy! Autumn made my day better, kindness... little bits go so far.
I’m a CFA fan but the past two Saturdays that me and my mom have gone for breakfast, both times it took over 30 minutes to get our simple order.
Our waitress offered to let my daughter fix her own ice cream. She really enjoyed the experience. Thank you to the waitress who served us.
