I grew up eating at the Hapeville location and I use to eat at this location when I lived in Newnan 18 years ago. The new building has a cold feel to it, I feel like I’m sitting in a huge bathroom and with the tall windows, on a sunny day the reflection off the cars windshields become a distraction . The 3 times I’ve visited this location they always bought my salad with the meal and my food was cold by the time I was done with my salad. I guess when I’m in metro Atlanta, I’ll go to the original location for now on.
RecommendedI absolutely love the roasted Brussel sprouts, so delicious... also the chicken tortilla soup and grilled nuggets .. and as always customer service is great!

The new Truitt chic fil a is so SLOW !! I have tried it twice and a wait time of 10-16 minutes is completely un acceptable . I never wait that long in Carrollton or LaGrange !! Y’all have got some drive thru issues . The food is always the same no matter what chic fil a I visit but the service times need some work .
Always a pleasure when we are passing thru GA! I have recommended to many and will continue to frequent!
I ordered 12 pk nuggets today , when i opened it to eat i noticed that there was only 5 nuggets and the rest was just crumbs. it was terrible.
Good place to eat....great chicken and ice cream
