This is a clean, fun, family-oriented restaurant. It's actually a two in one dining style. Patrons may choose the dine in or fast food rooms. Service is equally excellent in both. What's there not to love?? They have all the classics of Chick-fil-A, a super-friendly staff, and an awesome ceiling-hung choo-choo train that the kids can operate with a push of the Big Red Button!
No where to sit!!! We were standing and waiting for a table to open up to sit down and eat our lunch. Very annoying.
The food was fine, but the traffic pattern is a nightmare! Who designed this? You can't even get turned into the drive thru lines if you come in from Bullsboro because your car has to do a 360 degree turn. After you get your food, you can't get out of the parking lot because of some people coming into the parking lot and others speeding in front of them to cross into Jimmy Johns parking lot to avoid the backup. Waited in the drive thru for about 15 minutes...got home to realize that my drinks were both mediums even though I'd paid for large😖I should have paid more attention but so should they!
I have seen a tremendous change in the service. I have always loved going to chick fila on a regular basis, but since it has reopened I have not enjoyed it much. For starters, I can't believe there are only 2 bathrooms there!! I mean I know they are unisex, so you can go to either one, but only one at a time. With the volume of business that you guys do that is no where near enough bathrooms! I mean you are BY FAR the busiest restaurant establishment here in Newnan. My kids and I had the best experience today. Service from management and our server was great, even letting my 4 and 2 year olds make their own ice cream, complete with chocolate syrup and sprinkles. We will back soon.
It wasn't broken.. why fix it? I am disappointed in the Chic Fil A rebuild in Newnan. The parking lot is a disaster to get into, maneuver through and get out of. Wait time is far too long in the drive though. Daughter went in to get sauces which were forgotten in our drive through order and was unable to find a self serve station or get help from the counter. It used to be a favorite place to drive through but no longer. :(
