Bad service! They even had the orders mixed up . An employee even got a attitude with me
PLEASE make the ORIGINAL COLE SLAW RECIPE that your customers love. I visited Truett's the other day and the COLE SLAW was NOT THE SAME RECIPE!
It was unbearably cold the whole time we were there. I couldn't enjoy my food at all. And I was wearing a heavy sweater.
I've been eating regularly at this location since it originally opened and have always been thoroughly impressed. I tried to visit today anything larger than a small SUV doesn't fit in a parking place. If you're in a full size long bed truck, don't even bother trying during regular meal times.
Drive through is good but the layout is awful. We ate inside yesterday, for the first time, and it was awful. In understand it being crowded, especially with the Irma crowd, but it was very frustrating that many, many people didn't have seats but there were about 9 employees sitting and eating. I understand that they get lunch breaks but I feel customers come first. I did get stuck in the parking lot trying to leave but there isn't much you can do to change the parking. We will be back but only in the drive through.
Kitchen was really slow Saturday nite for full service diners. Server was great. 'm still pretty convinced the Newnan restaurant cuts their chicken breast in half. They're not that small at other CFA. Y'all need to say Thank You. I've tested the employees. If the customer don't say thank you to the employees, the employees don't say anything.
Visited the new Truett's Chic-fil-a in Newman last night with family & friends. Food & service excellent. Will not go back very often due to loudness of the new seated area. Sound absorbing materials are desperately needed. I had used the Dwarf House to meet with friends & family on a weekly basis, but will find a different restaurant now so we can hear each other talk without having to raise our voices. Beautiful building, excellent food, & outstanding customer service, but terrible noise reduction.
I am a long time, forever CFA fan. But- this is my second visit to the new location and I will think twice before making this our first stop for eating in the future. The parking is horrendous. Today we couldn't even get in the parking lot and had to park two stores away. In addition- it's lost the feel it used to have. It's so loud in here now you can't have a personal conversation with the person you're dining with. Food and service on self serve side was good. I'm disappointed.
Truett's Chick Fil A have continued to pour into Bridging the gap in coweta county. They serve and donate behind the scenes, they are not looking for attention, or any kind of pat on the back. They do it because they believe in community! Thank you Chick Fil A for what you do to serve all.
