I would love to be able to give a review on this company’s products, but I haven’t received my order that was to arrive yesterday. Of course, I was not given any tracking information which leads me to believe the order was never even shipped. I was told by customer service at 9am this morning that I would hear from a specialist “shortly” since the rep had no idea what was going on with my order and why it hadn’t arrived. Chicago Steak Company won't pick up the phone or answer any emails. Horrible customer service. UPS says the package broke in transit and to contact the shipper. Ordering was easy but impossible to sort out an issue!

They took great pleasure in ripping of a disabled person. No customer service help at all. Placed all the blame on COVID-19 for their problems.
