Just ordered from Chicago Steak Company for the first time- delicious! The steaks are juicy and tender at a very reasonable price. Looking forward to my next order!

Ordered a $300 wedding day dinner to be delivered to a couple in California who is still under quarantine. Not only did the order not arrive on time, but upon my calling to express upset, I was told I'd get an email within 72 hours. Seriously?!! The food is somewhere in the posession of UPS, sitting in a warehouse spoiling and this company will not do anything to correct the situation. If I could give a zero star, I would. Save your money and go somewhere else!🤬🤬🤬

Meat arrived thawed. Some was rancid and had to be discarded. Called the company 3 times and emailed them. They still have not responded with a resolution.

I called in to customer service on 5/29 after my order showed up wrong for my anniversary. I was told I would get a call back in one business day. Here we are now days later and still no one can solve my problem. Customer Service is a joke.

Not charge customers 180.00 for a ham and then ship one that has been expired for 2 mo the. They shipped it out on 5-22-20 the expiration was 3-27-20
