I want to state first that I initially posted a negative review but am now amending to a positive. This is a company who stands behind their products and they went the extra mile to make a bad experience right. I am back to ordering their delicious steaks and even better burgers.
Will keep doing what say all it does is go back to where l was l try but nothing do you really sell stuff or is a joke if you are for real how do l order ? WOW I don't know where to start. The steaks and burgers are incredible! I'm not a great cook and they turned out delicious. The people who work there are wonderful too. I have ordered many times and anytime there is an issue someone gets back to me in a resonable amount of time. There are people there who really care and are so knowledgeable about beef!!!

Twice Chicago Steak Company delivered spoiled meat. Delays in deliveries should be accounted for and additional dry ice added prior to shipping. Would you eat chicken delivered a day late that’s 55 degrees? Waiting to hear from customer service. The call center operators are not invested in problem solving. Today my call was transferred twice before I was told by the third rep that someone will call me. No call yet.
