I have bought their steak seasoning several times now and it is by far the best out there. It can make the cheap steaks even taste good. LOVE LOVE LOVE it. Great Company
I know you usually get what you pay for but your prices are too high for us and the cuts are too small.
I see a lot of complaints about customer service.....but I didn’t have an issue whatsoever. Not only was the ordering process easy, but the steaks were hands down better then any Omaha one I’ve ever had!
Huge difference in quality of the steaks in the same shipment!!! Not worth the cost.
Tried to order steak burgers certificate just now and was on the phone for 1/2 hour talking to three (yes 3) call center reps. One actually said she was a contracted out employee who wasn’t really familiar with taking calls for CS! She said she got 3 calls per month for them. Transferred to another call center employee who put me on hold twice trying to figure out this certificate. How difficult is it, isn’t this your business? Tastes are great but packages don't give any cooking instructions. Most things are obvious but we were curious about the Lemon Herb Chicken.

Within your package came a plastic envelope with a catalog, letter and white registration card. I won't lie, I wouldn't complain about a lower price ... oh wait, there's a promo code and gift card with just about every order! Loved the dry-aged ribeyes, can't wait to taste the other cuts. The wife already let me order birthday surf & turf -- bonus! Special call out to the support staff - I got sloppy opening the boxes & somehow lost the gift cards they sent with. I emailed support & it took them all of 70 minutes to fix & this on the day after Christmas. Needless to say, I'm a new fan!
