Our order was supposed to be delivered on 5/29. I've been checking/tracking our package since I got the shipment notification. It sat at the same facility for almost 5 days. We just received our package tonight, 6/1. Absolutely NO ice left, meat is warm, blood in the insulated box, steak boxes are mushey, and everything is smelly. I called and my info will be "sent to the main office". I truly hope they make this right. It is devastating to see this much meat wasted.
Over priced, bad quality, "see through" thin bonus sirloin strips and tough. Expensive Rib Eyes "average" at best. Anyone pleased has never had a good steak!!
RecommendedHello! I recently sent a combo pack of steaks, lobster tails, and the bonus burgers to friends as a gift for their recent marriage. I got this message this morning: "Speaking of perfect, C grilled a couple of those burgers you sent! Wow, so good. C said to tell you they “far exceeded” his “expectations.” They were thick ground, and were steak like. We had them with a grilled red pepper, and some grilled baby zucchini. On hamburger buns that I made myself!!! Wish you were here to enjoy them with us!!!!!" ❤🤸♀️❤
Canceled order but they still charged credit card .
My husband placed an order for Mother's Day. It came in a timely manner & exceptionally packed. Everything was delicious! We ordered again this week with the same results. I'm a former Consumer Writer and based on what we have experienced, I would rate this company extremely high for customer service. They have earned our loyalty!
We just made our first order a couple of weeks ago and will be making another soon. The best value is their sampler. We also used a coupon code to get even more meats. We were impressed that everything arrive on time, cold, and in only a couple of days (which is more difficult due to Covid). The meats are very good quality and juicy when cooked. Everything is packaged individual and freezer ready. Thanks for proving a quality product.

Very tender meat. Shipped on time and packed with plenty of dry ice to remain frozen.
