I ordered a bottle of wine and they didn’t open it and did not bring a corkscrew. Three times I called and asked for someone to come open the bottle or bring a corkscrew and finally I was told they didn’t have many corkscrews but I could bring it down to the bar and have them open it!? Why would I bring the bottle down to the bar when I ordered room service and paid a fortune to have this bottle delivered to my room!?
