I love the Marriott Magnificent Mile, they are very accommodating. The lobby is spectacular, the food is good. I love the 24 hour pantry. The exercise room is fabulous. Parking garage is right across the street so you don't have to walk far with your luggage. Within walking distance to everything.
There was blood spattered all over our bed. We called housekeeping and they sent people up to clean the room. The next night we discovered blood on the duvet cover still there. They didn’t change all the bedsheets? So disgusting. To make matters worse, management was not appalled by the situation. There was no apology or desire to make things right. I would not stay here again! There are so many other great options at the same price point. Stay somewhere that is cleanlier and respects their clients.
Had a great time with my girl. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
