I booked a hotel for a exhibit that was canceled. I called to ask if I can get a refund on a nonrefundable room, because the exhibit was canceled. (If they were not going to refund I would have stayed there.) I was told “ not a problem we will take care of it”. I also got an email stating that it was nonrefundable if canceled less than 1 day. I called back 1 1/2 week later and they lost my information and a case would have to be opened...The next day I was told “ it was non refundable” I continue to explain that the exhibit ... read more

We booked a room online, got to the hotel and there were no rooms available (it was a Saturday night), ended up having to book a different room at a different hotel, and was still charged $446.XX for this hotel. I’ve reached out to hotel workers in hopes of getting this resolved but basically received no help. Very disappointed that I was basically forced into paying for something that I never received services for.

Fitness center is big & quiet. Love working out in there. I stayed on 38F. Great view. Room is standard size. Not that big even in a room with 2 beds. The hotel is clean, posh & inviting. I would recommend it to my friends & family.
