Had to find a new dentist and shoreline came recommended. My first visit with them was smooth, the team had good communication regarding my appointment, and answered all my questions.

From the time I arrived through the time I checked out I was treated very well by everyone as though I had been a patient for years. I went there in part because of an introductory cleaning price offer. The visit and exam went far beyond a cleaning. The hygienist and Dr Rojas spent time detailing my dental status and all the procedures with helpful recommendations all for the introductory price for the cleaning. Can’t recommend them enough!

I was traveling and needed to find a dentist to check for tooth damage. Shoreline was able to schedule me that day. The staff were all very friendly and Dr Rojas was really fantastic. She explained everything clearly, helped me understand the situation, and developed a treatment plan. Most importantly, everyone treated me as a valued, respected client. My only suggestion would be to consider playing more calming / soothing music in the waiting room (it was a little loud and over-stimulating for a dental experience).

I will be a patient for life here. And to be honest, I'm still kind of shocked at how well-run this business is. It seems as if someone here has a business development, sales, or management consulting background. It is a well-oiled machine with integrity, high standards, and upbeat employee morale.
