Went here with a friend and received horrible service. We were ignored for over 30 minutes and then when the girl started on my nails, she didn't speak to me at all. She didn't ask what I wanted or anything. She talked and joked around with another nail tech the whole time. Horrible customer service, very pushy on sales, and not upfront on prices. My friend was charged double what they told her, and both of our nails were off within a week.
Never again! Lupita made my nails too small/skinny and I have fat fingers! Out of 10 fingernails only 5 looked okay.. they didn’t even fit my real nails then she tried to say she can’t change the size of my natural nails� I’ve had nails before I know the way my nails are suppose to look! I love the work that I got at first but the customer service is TERRIBLE. The older man that works there is very disrespectful and the entire team as a whole doesn’t seem to care about their customers. I refuse to spend close to 100 bucks to be treated the way that I was today.
The work is mediocre for the prices. 100.00 for overlay and pedi. And the design that was put on my nails is horrible. I was already there for 2 hours. I was not about to wait to get my nails redone. @ChicNails I commend you on the game you run on your customers in Little Rock. I should not have to clean under my nails walking out of your establishment when I just paid 65.00. I will not frequent your place of business again. I will pay the money when it’s worth it.

I was here Saturday and I got a fill in with gel polish. Today is Wednesday and my nails look as if I need another fill in. When the tech was doing my nails I told her at least twice that the acrylic was not thick enough and neither did she go back far enough. She added like a dab more of acrylic and preceded. I’ve only been twice but I’ll never go anywhere else again. They’re incredibly friendly and helpful and BY FAR the most professional nail place I’ve ever been, and I’ve been to many. They go above and beyond with anything you ask for and they treat everyone like royalty! My only warning: if you choose to try them out be prepared to not be able to settle for anyone else! � They are worth the 40 minute drive I take to get there!
The ladies in the salon were great good customer service.....but prices are vague and way higher than any nail salon I have ever visited and I’ve had my nails done since I was 19 I don’t have tips I have them do my actual nails and bc I went dipped with glitter no color I was charged 55$ Never again will I visit This establishment nor recommend them to anyone
