I've been several times but will not be back. The atmosphere is nice and they do a good job but they are very inconsiderate of your time. Taking personal calls (completely stop doing your nails), conversing amongst each other, texting, face timing etc. Its fine to do all those things as long as it's not preventing you from doing your job. In their case, none of them know how to multi task so they shouldn't at the expense of providing satisfactory customer service. Also, they very clearly treat customers different. Went here yesterday to get my nails done by Mya! Loved it! Got coffin nails with glitter and the shape is perfect. Will go here regularly from now on.
Customer service was horrible!! Didn't get my nails the way I wanted and they would fix said the topcoat was done it was too late! service was horrible
Loved it! Terry gave me a pedicure and it was so amazing! She was very sweet too! I didn't get the name of the girl who did my manicure, but she did a wonderful job as well. Everyone was so welcoming! They definitely will be my go-to salon from now on!
Guess my opinion was removed THEY REALLY DO SUCK VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
