Will not be back....I came twice and both times the coustomer service was poor and the second time my nails did not look good....no one offered to fix them. Not for me....oh and both time I was not offered a beverage with my service.
They have no understanding of the word "appointment". They called me 30 minutes prior to my appointment to confirm, yet when I walked in the nail tech had just started on someone. Poor customer service.
Jasmin is super nice and did an amazing job. Felt comfortable and taken care of the whole time.
Don't come here unless you want your manicurist to pick out your powder color. I was NEVER shown any color options. I described I wanted pale pink, I got pepto bismol.
Super fancy and I loved it! Only if they have given me wine they would receive all 5 stars (LOL). The one thing I did sit too long getting my nails done, but can see that they are perfectionist in their craft. They will be seeing me again in the near future.
It's ok Chi Nails, but my experience with this place is that I get a different Tech every time I come here, like most of the people said is that it's a great place, but some of the Tech can be SO VERY RUDE and they do look at you as to say I don't think I want to do her nails and they give you someone that can bearly speak ENGLISH.
