Terrible customer service.
The lady that did my pedicure was ok, but I asked for a design and was told they could do it, I waited quite a while for someone to do it, she comes and draws the lines on my toe but then says she can’t do the flower. The lines aren’t event that great and they still charged me $10 and didn’t try to even make it right. Disappointed because I had heard great things about this place.
Husband and I went for manis and pedis, and my nail tech (specifially) was horrible. He cut my finger and did not want to compensate. The services were overpriced, and the technician was rough and not understanding. This was our first and last experience at this salon.
Sometimes you may have a customer that is unsure of what color they want. The nail tech workers will laugh & talk as they have to change it to the correct color. A different nail tech then had to fix the color & had a attitude & slopped it down as he rolled his eyes. Sloppy service with an attitude will cause you to loose repeat customers. RecommendedI really like Chic Nails but what I dislike is making an appointment and still having to wait when I arrived on time. I make an appointment so I don't have to wait! It's unacceptable to have to wait 30-45 mins after my appointment time. If I have an appointment at 12 with a specific tech, that tech shouldn't take a walk-in customer at 11:45! Gift certificates are only good a few months and they will not honor ANY part of an “expired” gift certificate.
Best nail spot in Little Rock..great customer service and they did exactly how I wanted my bridal nails to be..loved them 💅🏽💕
