I am very disappointed. My boyfriend made me an appointment to get my nails done. The only time that was available was at 6pm. I sat and waited and didn't get in a chair until 25 minutes after my appointment time. They close at 7pm. By time I got in a chair to get a pedicure the salon was already closed. As a customer that’s been coming to this place of business for two years; I would have never thought I would have had a bad experience at Chic Nails. The customer service I experienced yesterday was the worst ever! I asked the nail professional for a certain look and she stated she was able to do it. STAY AWAY FROM CHIC NAILS! I have gone here for the last two and a half years, as I live just down the road. I recently had a new set of acrylics put on and have had a regular fill done every two weeks...and every week a nail has broken. First off, this is an indicator of poor work/craftsmanship. The owner is very rude. My nails was horrible and she didn’t try to accommodate my needs. Instead she said something very smart and rudely. Do not recommend.
