The owner is very rude. My nails was horrible and she didn’t try to accommodate my needs. Instead she said something very smart and rudely. Do not recommend.
RecommendedThey're clean, great customer service, offer drinks including wine and their work is amazing. I love how they don't put the acrylic on too thick.
Health and Safety Conscious
I have patronized this location as well as the Hot Springs location for 4 years but as of today, I'm done. The nail tech today made a mistake with my gel color (which I wasn't mad at), but then she chose to laugh and joke about it in front of my face with other employees as well as the owner. I was still going to finish the service and pay even after I was blatantly disrespected, but it just continued. my daughter & I came in toget our nails done together, her 1st time. they treated her like a princess. and our nails turned out beautifully!!
First time coming to Chic Nails and I can not give them enough praise! The entire salon was so welcoming and so professional! They actually helped me put multiple ideas together to come up with my design, and I absolutely love my nails! Seriously, if you haven't gone I promise once you do it will be the only place you go!!

I went here for the first time yesterday and loved it. I had a gel pedicure and manicure and both turned out amazing, my nail technician paid so much attention to detail and made sure my cuticles and everything were perfect and checked to make sure I liked how everything looked. Everyone there was super sweet and welcoming. I also loved to see that they were using proper hygiene, unlike a lot of places.
