Chiang Me – Decent selection of food ranging from hot to mild. Fairly priced with an average beer selection and excellent deals on mixed drinks. Waitstaff was short and to the point but curtious. I recommend this place for groups who want to try something new but don't all like spicy food. Definetly a quality establishment.
Not authentic taste! Pricey! – This is the worst taste Thai food restaurant I've even been....totally not authentic. It's such a pitty for a quite nice place and service.
You call this Thai food? – I ordered the Pahd Thai thinking that I would enjoy the wonderful taste like I have in Thailand. How disappointed, when I found my Pahd Thai in front of me don't look like a Pahd Thai. Even worst tating it. It was so sweet and tasted like ketsup. The green curry was also taste like desert.
awesome – i love chiang mai thai! i always eat at the bar with one of the best, friendliest, most-charming bartenders ever! food is good, drinks are good and the atmosphere (complete with witty regulars) is outstanding. i even get take out from there. definitely try the coconut milk soup, its the finest soup i've ever tasted.
Fabulous – I love their Sweet green curry--I could eat it every day! Their spicy is truly spicy--not Minnesota spicy.
I have always enjoyed teh food and service. the calamri was wonerful not rubbery! The fried spring rolls are crispy -- not greassy --- and teh curry and pad thai dishes A+ ----- my Last erxperiance there was take out just last night -- the food was ready promptly and it was hot --
Excellent Pad Thai – The food is flavorful and doesn't have that processsed taste like many of the Thai restaurants have these days. Tradtional dishes have a unique flavor in comparision to other restaurants. The ambience is great. The downside is that they don't take reservations and the wait on the weekends is ridiculous.
