Joe was amazing. Brought my truck in for a lift and ended up with some new wheels too. He worked around my schedule which makes he whole process easier. Can't wait to visit again!
Giving these guys any less than 5 stars would be insane. I have been working with Chi-Town 4x4 ever since December of 2016 after I discovered them online; how I didn't find them earlier is a mystery but now that I have they are my go to for all my major mods on my 4Runner TRD Pro. Love this place. It's a candy store for me my truck. Joe really knows his stuff. He's very helpful and so easy to talk to. They even do the install there for you. What took them a few hours would have took me a few days. Rick the mechanic was awesome too. He made the install of my lift look like cake. I for sure will be going back for all my 4Runner needs.
This place is a hidden gem! Joe's middle name should be "Customer Service". It's not easy to find a good 4x4 specialist in the Chicagoland area, these guys are it. I purchased my 2014 FJ with a 3" spacer only lift kit and 20" wheels with an improper offset. The ride was darty and super stiff and not to mention absolutely exhausting to drive since I had to really "drive" it. Joe set up my FJ with the proper shocks, wheels and tires after discussing my options and answering my questions. I will definitely be back to Chi-Town4x... read more
