The receptionist, Latoya, is very rude.
I wish we could give Dr Heithold, Hannah Porter, and Latoya a 10 instead of a 5! They were fantastic! My wife went in with terrible pains that turned out to be gallstones and an extremely inflamed pancreas. Dr Heithold and Hannah came in over and over to sit and talk with us, draw pictures, and explain everything that was going to be done or had been done. We were so pleased with the way we were welcomed and with the exceptional communication we experienced with Dr. Shah and Dr. Wilkes and with the nurses supporting them.
Went to Dr. Wilkes to discuss a scan my husband had. He had a mucocel appendix that had to be removed. His nurses Summer and Mary are absolutely fabulous they are so nice and helpful you can't help but love them. Dr. Wilkes is an amazing surgeon and a very nice and patient man. They managed to get my husband in the following week, the surgery went great and my husband didn't have any pain. Nothing that goes with surgery. Dr. Wilkes is a very nice man, a great surgeon and Summer and Mary deserves a raise.
I had an awesome experience at CHI surgical associates with Dr Wilkes and his entire staff. Dr Wilkes was extremely personable and thorough in all aspects of my procedure and his staff, quite simply, were very impressive. Mary and Summer were both extremely kind and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable and left no doubt that I was in good hands. I cannot say thank you enough for the treatment and kindness that I was shown.
