I can see so much progress with this change to Common Spirit. My mother Has trusted memorial hospital all her life for her health and for the health of her family. She’s 81 years old now, and with all this new progress, they don’t take her Humana Medicare plan in the heart center. So they kicked her out. It’s too bad my mom just had a stroke about two months ago because of a fib. They definitely won’t be able to look at my mother now because the old insurance just don’t line upright! I don't normally write up Google reviews, but Chattanooga Memorial Hospital did such a wonderful job for me with my colonoscopy that I thought I might take a moment to enter this. From my registration/check-in with Shauna, to my entire two-hour stay with the Endoscopy Center, everything went smoothly. Excellent care by my anesthesiology team, the trio of nurses, and the discharge escort (wheelchair) completed my care.
Kind nursing staff, attentive support staff (nutrition and janitorial), professional and personable doctors, financial and case management.
Very good technicians very helpful. Makes the process go a whole lot easier and I appreciate everyone. Thank you.
