12/16/24 back again and no change front office staff still don’t smile and are very unfriendly!! June 2024 I don’t know what has happened, but they have the rudest office staff. It’s like CHI Memorial, forbids them from smiling and being friendly!
They will not help you or accept you if you are not a “current patient” even if it’s an emergency not professional whatsoever
After being referred to CHI by a local emergency room physician, whom I highly respect. I stopped by and filled out their new patient form, filled it out, and returned it the next day. A followed back up after a week only to be told they did not have any updates. I followed up again a week later only to discover they still had no update but promised to get back to me that day and suggested it was just a formality at that point, then, that day, came and went. If you like being asked to come early for your appointment to check in, and then waiting over an hour past your appointment time to be seen, this is the office for you.
