Did the 10 minute massage because I had back pain and she honestly made it worse. It was only my left shoulder at first, now it's all over. I regret getting it. Wish I saw the reviews first. She just poked my back and leaned on me, could've got a better massage from those chairs. WISH I would've did that. I don't know if They have them at that mall. My first time there.
