Absolutely amazing!! I loved that all of the staff sat on the floor with Max until he was comfortable. Max had to have his eye removed and I as a dog momma was a mess. Dr. Steve explained the procedure to me and told me what to expect. After the surgery he personally called me to tell me how it went. A few days post op I had a concern and he was able to answer me right away. Thank you so much for making us all happy! He healed wonderfully and is happy as can be!
First visit today. I called yesterday for a consultation and Dr. Gross saw me during his “lunch” today. (Noon). I appreciate this so much! He spent a good 30 minutes sitting on the floor with my dog and me. We discussed options, concerns, possibilities etc. regarding a surgical procedure. Brentwood native, dad, husband, personable, very open and up front. I’m impressed so far. His staff is super too, especially Crystal. My fur baby will be having surgery next Friday. I so far am super impressed with Cheyenne and Dr Gross! I seriously feel ' lucky' to have found the Gem in the area!
Just took my Goldendoodle for a checkup and shots needed to find a new vet due to ours closing and sooo glad we were recommended to come here. Staff is so friendly and great with my dog and Dr Gross is the best! Thank you
Made an appointment for my 13 yr old lab mix for issues with his neck. They actually got me squeezed in their schedule and very thankful for that. Very impressed with the office staff and Doctor. Never made me feel uncomfortable or pushed me to add on services or by products. Doctor came in the exam room and sat on the floor with my dog. My dog felt comfortable and was wagging his tail. Told the doctor what was going on and was very easy to talk to him. Very reasonably priced. Definitely my new veterinary clinic.
