RecommendedThey are amazing with the animals and I know my dog is in good hands when she’s there.
Highly recommend Cheyenne Wellness and Surgery Center. My dog is doing extremely well after surgery to remove a large tumor. Other hospitals gave us no hope for her and charged astronomical fees for a work up. Cheyenne was able to remove the tumor at a reasonable price.
We had a wonderful experience with Cheyenne Vet. Our dog was having issues with limping on and off from a prior old injury. We were able to come up with a long-range plan on what to do with her leg. We also got set up with a supplement for her to take it would help with the arthritis in her leg. It was so nice to not feel rushed the vet took his time explaining everything to me. And even answered some other questions I had about behavioral issues. They were right on time with their appointments. I would highly recommend them... read more

I am very disappointed. We had been taking our dog to Dr. Gross and his team since he was a puppy. Our dog is 9 years old now and has been turned down more than once for emergencies. Last night he was coughing and sneezing blood and we were unable to schedule an emergency visit. Thankfully there are other vets out there who are willing to make time for sick animals.
Worst vet out there. Never returns calls. Barely helps pets when in need. Never follows up. Had my dog there and then two weeks later she ended up at emergency vet. Called Dr. Gross to see her for follow up as it was urgent and they couldn’t fit him into the schedule and we ended up having to go to another vet to get his follow up.
Dr. Gross and his staff are the most amazingly dedicated and compassionate staff that any pet mom could ask for. They truly care for my babies and I couldn't ask for anyone better to help me look after them.
We worked with this vet for over 2 weeks to get our USDA paperwork ready to move out of the country. On the day we arrived as told (today) to get VERY time sensitive triplicate copy paperwork to send to Harrisburg, no one was here and the paperwork is apparently not ready. “Wait for a call” 😡 No one is answering the phone during business hours & we have no idea where the vet is. This will impact our $26,000 move. Shocked and disgusted.
