RecommendedLoki loves going to Cheyenne always leaves happy and has a great time haha I think he’s the only dog that likes going to the vet.
Dr. Gross is amazing! He is so kind and personable and spent time explaining any issues that I may encounter after my Basset Hound had a tumor removed. He's been to a lot of vets in the last 3 years and this was the best experience by far.
could not find a better Vet, Doc Gross is exceptional.
I was charged $91.00 for what I was told was a “Follow up appointment” when I scheduled. My dog was first seen for an ear infection. My first charge was $151.00. When I questioned why I was not told prior to services being done during the follow up they blamed it them not allowing people inside due to Covid19. I was parked out front and they had my phone number. The sure made certain to call me when they wanted my credit card number. Very poor customer service when we spoke to the office manager. I will not be back!
Dr Steve Gross is amazing. Extremely caring and knowledgeable. Really loves his job. His staff is very friendly and caring. Thank you for taking such great care of our pup.
I highly recommend Cheyenne Veterinary Wellness & Surgical Center. We just came from a drop off visit due to an unexpected injury to our Great Dane Dozer. Dr. Gross did surgery on him ACL last Feb 2019 and did an amazing job. We got very nervous about this time around not knowing what could be wrong. Dr. Gross and staff got him in quickly to be examined and I will have to say this is the only place I am comfortable with taking him for any issues. Dr. Gross is the best vet we’ve ever had. We found him when our dog needed CCL (ACL) surgery and we couldn’t afford the TCLO surgery. Our dog recovered really well and Dr. Gross has been super supportive throughout the entire process. We drive completely out of our way and past at least 5 other practices to go to him!

Finn and Dally loved their visit from Dr. Steve and Aaron (I hope I got the name right 😬), shots and all. Dally can be a handful at the office so the option of a house call made my life much easier. I think my boys miss their visitors already.
